Sun Valley Cottage

Sun Valley Cottage is owned by Victor Martin (better known as Charlie) and is located on the
Mon Bleu/Paria Road on the outskirts of the community. It is a small self-contained annex with
one bedroom containing one bunk bed and one double bed, one bathroom with a shower that offers hot
and cold water, a living room and a kitchen. It has stunning views of the mountain range and the
sea several miles distant. Early morning and late afternoon strolls up the hill are relaxing and
offer excellent birding opportunities.

If you are going to do many tours out of Brasso Seco, Sun Valley Cottage is the ideal place for you,
as it is the closest to Arima and will make the commute shorter. The annex is right on the main road,
which makes it easy for you to do whatever you feel like. Victor owns a mini bus and does the airport
transfers; hence he will be pleased to transport you to wherever you wish. He and his wife also run
a small horticulture farm in the back of their house. They cut flowers from their farm that Victor takes
to market every Saturday morning long before dawn.

Simple and full meal plans are available. It is also possible to cook your own meals in the kitchen.
However, Victor and his wife are looking forward to cooking a wonderful local meal for you!
